Djionis Savva graduated with distinctions from the Agriculture University of Athens in 2011 and holds an integrated master’s degree (MSci) in Animal Science and Aquaculture. He has since been consulting in the food supply chain, including dairy farms, animal feed and additives manufacturers, dairy companies and food distributors putting emphasis on technical advice, ruminant nutrition, business operations, farm financials and sales. He is currently active in multiple projects as an animal nutrition and welfare manager in Cyprus and Greece aiming on continuous improving the sustainable milk zone of sheep, goats and cow farmers for the Dodoni Dairy Group. One of the latest project developments is Nuvavit, a multi-functioning nutraceutical line offering a non-pharmaceutical approach against specific metabolic abnormalities for livestock.
